Acceptance

By using MegaExams, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account credentials. One account per person. You must be 13 or older to create an account. Students under 13 must have parental consent.

Acceptable use

Don't use the platform to distribute harmful content. Don't attempt to access other users' data. Don't use automated tools to scrape content. Don't share exam questions or answers outside the platform without the exam creator's permission.

Content ownership

Questions you create remain yours. MegaExams does not claim ownership of your content. Pre-built questions in the question bank are licensed for use within the platform.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. Refund requests within 7 days of payment are honored in full. After 7 days, you can cancel anytime and your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for data loss — maintain your own backups for critical data.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
