JAMB UTME CBT Mock Tests for Tutorial Centres

Give your candidates the full 180-question, two-hour computer test before the real day, on the phones and laptops they already have.

The Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) is the entry test the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) sets for admission into Nigerian universities, polytechnics and colleges of education. It is fully computer-based: each candidate answers 180 multiple-choice questions in two hours, 60 in Use of English and 40 in each of three subjects tied to the course they applied for, and the result is reported out of 400. Many candidates lose marks to the clock and the screen rather than the syllabus, so tutorial centres and secondary schools use MegaExams to run the same four-subject CBT sitting every week and show each candidate where the time went.

Mathematics

Number and numeration, algebra, geometry and trigonometry, calculus and statistics, written with proper maths notation so fractions and indices stay readable on a small screen.

Physics, Chemistry and Biology

The science combinations for medicine, engineering and pure science courses, mixing short calculations with definition and theory recall items.

Economics, Government, Literature in English, Commerce, Accounting, Geography, CRS and IRS for candidates whose course combinations call for them.

Why teachers use MegaExams for JAMB UTME

One clock, four subjects

Put each subject in its own section under a single two-hour timer, so candidates jump between English and their other three papers freely, the way the real CBT lets them.

Exam Creation →

A different screen for every seat

Shuffle question and option order inside each subject, or draw 40 questions per subject from a bigger pool, so two candidates side by side never see the same paper.

Anti-Cheating →

Subject scores the moment they submit

Right answers score and wrong ones cost nothing, just like the UTME, and each candidate sees a breakdown by subject as soon as the paper is in.

Instant Grading →

Rank every branch together

After each weekly mock, see where every candidate stands across all your centres, and spot the combinations that need extra lessons before the real sitting.

Frequently asked questions

180 in total: 60 in Use of English and 40 in each of the other three subjects, answered in two hours on a computer.
No. The UTME has no negative marking, so leave the penalty at zero in your mock and coach candidates to attempt every question.
Yes. The exam player runs in any phone or laptop browser. If your centre has a computer room, run the final mocks there too so candidates get used to a mouse and a larger screen.
Yes. Build one mock per combination, for example English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry for engineering, and English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics for medicine, then assign each mock to the right student group.
Answers already chosen are kept on the device and sync once the connection returns, so a short outage does not wipe the attempt. The clock keeps running, as it would at a real CBT centre.
