For teachers, we collect your name, email, and institution name. For students taking exams, we collect your name, email, city, school, and class. We also store exam responses and scores. Payment information is processed by Razorpay — we do not store your card details.

How we use it

We use your data to run exams and generate results, compute rankings across city, school, and class, generate scorecards, and send exam-related notifications if you opt in. We do not use your data for advertising.

What we never do

We never sell student data. We never show ads. We never share your data with third parties for marketing. We never use student responses for purposes other than exam grading and analytics.

Data storage

Your data is stored on servers in India. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Backups are encrypted and stored securely.

Your rights

You can export your data at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data. Contact support@megaexams.com for any data requests.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
