UET ECAT Mock Tests: 100 MCQs in 100 Minutes
ECAT gives one minute per question on a computer. Train that pace on the same kind of screen.
The Engineering College Admission Test (ECAT) is the entry test the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore conducts for undergraduate engineering admissions, and its score is used by UET and other engineering universities that accept it. It is a computerised test of 100 multiple-choice questions in 100 minutes: 10 in English and 30 in each of three subjects that follow the student's intermediate group, such as Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry for pre-engineering. Every question carries four marks, for 400 in total. Recent tests have been held in phases at several centres, and the 2026 test was conducted without negative marking.

Why teachers use MegaExams for UET ECAT
A 100-minute clock and speed drills
Run the full paper on a single 100-minute timer, then switch on a 60-second per-question timer for drills, so students stop spending three minutes on one integral.
Exam Creation →Separate packs for each group
Keep pre-engineering and ICS students in their own groups and assign each the test series with the right third subject.
Courses & Test Series →Scratchpad on, calculator off
Give students an on-screen scratchpad for rough work while keeping the calculator switched off, so the mental arithmetic gets practised too.
Score out of 400 on submit
Set four marks per question and each result shows a total out of 400 with a subject breakdown. If a future notice brings back a wrong-answer penalty, add negative marks to the questions.
