At MegaExams, you’ll be working with a small but high impact team that is building software solutions for the education industry.
We’re looking for young, energetic youngsters who will work as a sales leader. As a Cluster Head, you will be expected to lead the company’s drive to expand in the cluster assigned to them by traveling across the region and pitching our B2B solution to educational institutions.
- Take ownership of lead conversion and client retention to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales
- Follow up with the clients, negotiate with the decision-makers and convert leads into sales
- Build, train & manage a business development team in their cluster, and subsequently build teams for the new market
- Establish systems and practices in the start-up to build a framework for future business development and client management initiatives
- Personally handle high value clients & coaching institutes
- Understand client’s requirements and prepare quotations according to their needs
- Manage all accounts and build healthy relations with existing clients in the cluster
- Ensure maximum conversion of leads to sales
- Good written and oral communication skills in English, Hindi & regional language
- Expertise in designing, developing & executing business development process & strategies
- Entrepreneurial and passionate about Sales
- Innovative & self-starter.
- Previous team handling experience preferred
- Familiarity with the local languages spoken in the region preferred
- Graduate with two to four years experience of B2B Sales & Account Management preference
