We’re looking for young, energetic youngsters who will work as a sales leader. As a Business Development Associate, you will be expected to drive sales for the company by pitching the product to education institutes.
- Identify and validate the potential clientele and devise a way to connect with them
- Connect with potential clients i.e. coaching institutes via call & email and schedule meetings
- Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers in the institute and pitch the product accordingly
- Schedule and conduct structured F2F meeting & demonstrations with all the stakeholders
- Understand client’s requirements and prepare quotations according to their needs.
- Follow up with clients, negotiate with the decision-makers and convert leads into sales
- Manage all accounts and build healthy relations with existing clients as well as prospects
- Ensure maximum conversion of leads to sales. Meet and exceed targets
- Good written and oral communication skills in English, Hindi & regional language
- Entrepreneurial and passionate about Sales
- Innovative & self-starter
- Graduate with one to three years of B2B Sales & Account Management experience
